818 Tequila Blanco Fairway Fizz

Ingredients:

• 60mL 818 Tequila Blanco
• 5-10 mint leaves
• 15mL simple syrup
• 25mL lime juice
• 1 dash bitters
• Soda water

Method:

1. Muddle the mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the lime juice and 818 Tequila Blanco and shake well.
3. Double strain into a highball glass with large ice cubes.
4. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with mint bouquet and lime wheel. 

818 Tequila Blanco Paloma

Ingredients: 

• 60mL 818 Tequila Blanco
• 60mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• 15mL Lime Juice
• 60mL Sparkling Water

Method: 

1. Combine Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sparkling water into a glass.
2. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
