Last week Mishka hosted the ultimate celebration of self expression and creativity at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) in Sydney, with the Mishka ‘Mix it up a little’ side hustle event. Sydneysiders had the opportunity to learn from the best side hustlers Australia has to offer, followed by a rooftop cocktail party with some of Australia’s top DJs.

The panel featured Rachael Wilde Co-Founder of tbh Skincare, who founded her side hustle while working as a digital marketer for a medical device company and has now made her side hustle a full-time hustle! Jessica Ruhfus founded brand partnership platform Collabosaurus and has since launched her successful side hustle business, No. 2 Co. Also on the panel was Frank Arthur, Co-Founder of Man of Many, who started out as an industrial designer, while on the side building a website, which is now one of Australia’s largest men’s lifestyle sites. The evening was hosted by Zara Seidler, Co-Founder of The Daily Aus.

After hearing expert tips and tricks from Mishka’s side hustle gurus, guests danced the night away to tunes by a lineup of renowned DJs, including Cabu with his original ‘Gold Feat. Akacia’, Felixx who is known as the fun facilitator at Ivy Thursdays, and Tori Levett, one of Sydney’s most influential artists on the rise in the electronic bass scene.

Guests sipped on Mishka cocktails and enjoyed moreish canapes as they embraced Mishka’s new vibrant look as the brand made the switch from bottles to cans. Mishka features the fruity ready to drink Tropical Pineapple Lime, Lemon Lime Bitters, Zingy Zesty Lemon, Sweet Raspberry Mango and the Watermelon Guava.
