As part of Flow Athletic’s 30 Days Clean program, the yoga crew of the studio put together a bespoke yoga experience, and unique it was. Flow After Dark is a special yoga edition in collaboration with Silent Disco held in a secret location, which was revealed on the day as a warehouse in St Peters. To be specific this warehouse was unveiled as Fairground Follies – a stomping ground for all things fairground.
Among the carousel and laughing clowns, 150 yogis laid down their matts and donned brightly lit headphones to listen to the sweet sound of chilled beats by DJ James Mack, while downward dogging.
Yogi extraordinaire, Kate Kendall took the class clowns through a rhythmic flow with her voice looped through the headphones.
The event was so successful, Flow have announced another event.

Flow Athletic are hosting what will be the biggest public Glow in the Dark Silent Yoga Disco in collaboration with Stylerunner and Luna Park on Wednesday 20th April, in Luna Park’s Crystal Ballroom overlooking the harbour.
