Those wonderful people from Have You Heard- renowned for epic yacht parties, secret weekend getaways and generally making memorable fun times- are now setting their sights on Yoga. After all, party people need some serious chill time too.

So in true HYH fashion, the team have organised what promises to be an equally epic setting for the first sunrise rooftop Yoga session, starting this Thursday (weather pending!). The Balance Project is cited as “Inspiration & sustenance for the mind, body & soul”. We’ll have some of that.

Expert Yogis and beginners alike can join Gemma Mills from Body Mind Life and Yogi Bare Essentials, and Jo Walsh from In Yoga & Flow, and Flow With Jo for a 60-minute Vinyasa yoga class on the rooftop of Cruise Bar in Circular Quay. Stretching out to the instagram-worthy golden dawn rays gleaming over the silhouette of the Sydney Opera House, is a surefire way to balance your mind and body for the day ahead, dontcha think?

Then following the class, you will get to fill your tummies with more goodness as a healthy breakfast of bircher muesli, yoghurt and fruit platters is all included in the $20 cost of the session. For that price, we reckon tickets are going to fly so gather up your mat, wrap up comfy and book your spot here.
