a’Mare has just launched an Italian Job set menu, which will give diners the opportunity to have a completely theatrical dining experience, with each dish featuring a tableside element in its construction.
At $180pp, the set menu begins with a frisella Pugliese bruschetta and insalata caesar constructed tableside. The signature a’Mare trofie al pesto will of course be ground tableside, and served alongside paccheri alla arrabiata. a’Mare’s take on a palate cleansing sgroppino of malfi gin, aperol and passionfruit sorbet follows before a salt baked wagyu beef cheek main, and Fior di latte gelato with a selection of toppings from the gelato cart to finish. The menu also offers an optional drinks pairing of $115pp.
