Gin Lane & Spritz Bar’s
In celebration of World Gin Day, Gin Lane & Spritz Bar’s founder and Chief Mixologist Grant Collins and has team have organised a gintastic day.
From 12pm-5pm sip your Saturday away the special Happy Hour gin cocktails at Sydney’s home of gin cocktails, Gin Lane. Then, as the sun sets, make your way to Spritz Bar to enjoy 5-7PM Happy Hour featuring creations showcasing unique and authentic Victorian gins from Patient Wolf Gin Co., Hemp Gin, Lyre’s and Four Pillars.
Prior to Spritz’ Happy Hour, the venue will let drinkers get up close and personal with a “Meet the Makers” gin tasting session from 1-4pm.
Gin aficionado? Try The Luxury Vintage Negroni ($175) – Created for World Gin Day this signature cocktail blends a combination of original 70-year-old Gordon’s Gin, a 50-year-old Campari and Vintage Vermouth from the 1980s, the creation is served in a Royal Doulton cut crystal tumbler over handmade triple frozen ice with a zest of citrus and finishes with a light Earl Grey tea smoke.
Gin Masterclass at Manly Spirits Distillery
A very special masterclass celebrating WORLD GIN DAY. This experience will delight the Gin enthusiast covering all aspects of the wonderful spirit GIN from distillation, cocktail creation and sensory taste.
Cost: $80 (+booking fee) ONLY a small number of tickets will be available for this special experience to keep it intimate.

Join Archie Rose for an evening as they walk you through the history of gin as well as how they make our own Gin at Archie Rose. You will then get the chance to blend a selection of Archie Rose’s pure botanical distillates to create your own signature blends. Each guest will leave with two 200ml bottles of their own, truly unique, gins.
