AALIA culminates its prestigious Chef Series for 2023 with a grand finale featuring the celebrated French-Lebanese Michelin-starred chef, Alan Geaam, as the esteemed final guest. Alan Geaam, the only Lebanese chef to attain a Michelin star in Paris, is renowned for his refined French-style presentation of Lebanese heritage dishes. The partnership between this talented duo marks the bittersweet conclusion of AALIA’s 2023 Chef Series. This exclusive event will unfold over two evenings, on Tuesday, October 24th, and Wednesday, October 25th.

The menu, featuring a blend of flavorful techniques, boasts an array of dishes, including a hummus cornet with trout roe and nuts, and lobster with freekeh and arak. For dessert, guests are invited to indulge in a delectable brik pastry baklava with cashew ice cream and preserved quince, along with a Mouhalabia lollipop.
