For our choc-a-holics, NOVA Entertainment will celebrate decadent desserts and chocolate designs from the best patisseries, ice-creameries, chocolatiers and restaurants when the smooth Festival of Chocolate returns to The Rocks this Saturday and Sunday.

We all know and love Arnott’s Tim Tams; so we are delighted to tell you for the first time Arnott’s Tim Tam will join the festival with the Arnott’s Tim Tam Temptation Tent allowing festival attendees to step inside the tent filled with delights and indulgences. You’ll be able to experience the Arnott’s Tim Tam you love – whether it’s the Original, Chocolicious, or the Zumbo range. Plus there’s the chance to win a spectacular Australian Chocolate Diamond ring valued at over $26k, inspired by Arnott’s Tim Tam!

There will  be the Callebaut Test Kitchen; which is hosted by smoothfm’s Cameron Daddos, and it will feature cooking demonstrations from Sydney’s best chefs, food personalities, pastry chefs and chocolatiers.

At the Chocolatiers Quarters, you will be able to see incredible chocolate works of art come to life. Watch artist James Patrick create “Tim” – a man made entirely out of Arnott’s Tim Tams… you can also see works by Jodie Van Der Velden from Josophan’s Fine Chocolates, and Adriano Zumbo, learn about the origins of chocolate with Sydney Chocolate, or sample some deliciously tangy Rhubarb covered in Chocolate from Rhuby Delights

You can also enjoy the best views in Sydney while you’re at smooth Festival of Chocolate, with a glass of sparkling in the smooth garden bar.
