Smirnoff Infusions Balanced Brunch will treat guests to a selection of bircher pots, fresh fruit and baked goods followed by roaming brunch canapés, cured ocean trout blinis, corn fritters topped with avocado and feta, and BLT sliders. The tasty treats will be complemented by Smirnoff Infusions cocktails – 30ml Smirnoff Infusions, accompanied with 90ml of soda water and a garnish of either a cucumber ribbon, lime and mint; or half a passionfruit and lime wedge – and a selection of soft drinks and juices.
