Made with natural passionfruit, Passoã is a crowd-favourite passionfruit liqueur. With its strong passionfruit taste, lower ABV and reduced sugar, this tasty sweet liqueur is the perfect key ingredient in many cocktails, like the famous Porn Star Martini.

Here are some recipes for our favourite Passoã cocktails to try this summer!

The Pornstar Martini:

Ingredients

  • 40ml Passoã

  • 40ml Vodka

  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup

  • 10ml Lime Juice

  • ½ Passionfruit

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  2. Garnish with the other passionfruit half and serve with a shot of champagne or prosecco.

 

Passoã Soda/ Passoa Tonic:

Ingredients

  • ⅓ Passoã

  • ⅔ Tonic water or soda water

Method

  1. Pour in a glass full of ice.

  2. Garnish with lime wedges.

 

Passoã Sangria:

Ingredients

  • 1 part Passoã

  • 2 parts Rosè wine

Method

  1. Pour into a bowl or pitcher filled with ice.

  2. Garnish with plenty of red fruit and orange slices.

 

Passoã Spritz:

Ingredients

  • 45ml Passoã

  • 10ml Lime

  • Ginger Beer

  • Lime wheel

  • Mint Sprig

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a wine glass and fill with ⅔ ice.

  2. Top with ginger beer and lightly churn.

  3. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.

 

Passoã Margarita:

Ingredients

  • 20ml Passoã

  • 20ml Sierra Silver Tequila

  • 20ml Cointreau

  • 30ml freshly squeezed lime

  • 1 fresh passionfruit

Method

  1. Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out fresh into a shaker.

  2. Add Passoã, tequila, Cointreau and lime into a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled salt-rim glass (optional).

  4. Garnish with mint leaves.

 

Passoã Mimosa:

Ingredients

  • 20ml Passoã

  • Top with chilled Champagne

Method

  1. Into a champagne flute, tip one part Passoã and two parts chilled champagne and stir.
