As we soaked in the incredible Sydney Harbour views we sipped on eye catching and super delicious cocktails including Flaming Sailor (Yes, it is served to you flaming!) – Sailor Jerry spiced rum, mango nectar, lime juice, coconut syrup, sugar syrup, passionfruit, green chartreuse, cinnamon; Main Squeeze– Mezcal, solerno, lime, blood orange syrup, egg white and my personal favourite Marg My Words – Cucumber and jalapeno infused tequila, lime, agave syrup, cucumber garnish.
