It’s Spring and with that comes the run up (excuse the pun!) to a whole season of running events including the iconic Blackmores Sydney Running Festival. Now’s the time to start planning your preparation so you are in tip top condition for race day. And there’s no better way to start that preparation than by joining  the official training partners of the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival for a free training session!

The FREE 1 hour training sessions are open to the public and will be led by Runlab’s founder and developer, Vlad Shatrov (pictured) – one of Australia’s leading endurance runners and trainers and currently in training for the Rio Olympics. Together with running coach, Damon Bray, Vlad and the Runlab team will prepare you to ‘achieve your impossible’ by helping:

  • Improve running technique
  • Learn about race day prep and nutrition

Don’t worry if you’re not quite an elite runner yet; sessions will cater to runners at all levels of running experience and fitness levels experience. Attendees will even receive a free gift* from Sponsors SKINS and Iso Whey Sports to get you in winning shape.
