Sydney Social 101 recently popped into Manta for a sunny Sunday lobster lunch and it was one of the best dining experience we have had. Alfresco dining by the water, a vibrant and sophisticated vibe and very friendly wait staff.
The lobster was super fresh and cooked to perfection – some of the best we have ever had. The pasta was fresh, made in-house and cooked al dente with incredible ginger and tomato flavours! The truffle fries on the second dish were the most more-ish fries and beautifully complimented the delicious lobster. We paired both dishes with a glass of the 10min by Tractor Chardonnay which perfectly complimented the flavours of both dishes.
