The newly opened bar and restaurant is located in the backstreets of Potts Point on Victoria Street, in the iconic site of Mezzaluna, and before that restaurant royalty Butlers. It pays homages to this along with the historic Butlers stairs. It is an absolute ‘must-see’

Award winning Applejack Hospitality Group Executive Chef James Privett is at the helm of the kitchen, with a menu boasting a range of creative share foods with a peppering o French Caribbean flavours. Privett created a menu especially for the night to showcase a selection of the dishes. We were treated to Crisp shiitake mushrooms and spiced tomato, Lyonnaise pork sausage rolls, rum & pineapple salsa, Crabmeat & speck croquettes, Crepe, chive crème fraiche & salmon roe, Classic beef tartare cones, Beef & spiced pork sliders with creole mayo and Prawn & pea risotto.
