It can be safe to say that when you’re living in Bondi, finding the right personal trainer, or bootcamp that suits your fitness/ style can be tough. There are so many amazing PTs out there, the key is finding the right one for you!

Sydney Social 101 has participated in a number of PT sessions with GoodFIT Sydney and has been really impressed with the personal approach, the results and the cost. We sat down and chatted to Paul about GoodFIT, his vision and of course some sneaky fitness tips!

How did you get into PT?

I started out in the world of fitness in health club membership sales and learned very quickly that I preferred the PT side of the business! I decided to upgrade the personal training elements I studied in my sports business degree with the Fitness Institute Australia and become a fully blown qualified and insured PT.

What do you offer?

I offer a friendly service that gets quick results! I can help with any reason you may have for wanting to engage with a PT be it weight loss, strength gain, fitness for sport, stress relief or just plain getting active and having fun! My clients also have the option of partaking in regular team events such as mud runs, sand runs and post training get togethers.

What is your strength?

Attention to detail with my clients, getting to know them and exactly what they need from me as a PT, giving them the best service and support available!

If you could give 3 tips to Sydney siders looking to get fit, what would they be?

1. Ditch the ego 2. Ditch the fitness/diet fads 3. Enjoy your fitness!

Your best 3 exercises that can be done with no equipment?

Very Simple: 1. Free Squats 2. Bodyweight Push Ups 3. Jogging or Swimming preferably in intervals. And if you can’t Squat, Push Up or Jog these movements can be easily adapted so that you can, check out my facebook page for regular tips or drop me an email for some free advice!
