In celebration of World Meditation Day on the 21st of May, KAAIAA will be hosting a complimentary group class at sunrise in the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. Taking inspiration from the Maharishi Effect discovered in the 1970’s, KAAIAA is inviting the people of Sydney to raise the energy and collective consciousness of their city.
 
KAAIAA is the world’s first training program to go beyond just the physical self Created by Australian Leah Simmons, KAAIAA trains across the 4 Pillars of Health (Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual) to support, strengthen and enhance every aspect of your life.
 
One of the core components of a KAAIAA class is guided meditation, as well as breathwork, mat work and an integration technique. The class is donation-based with all proceeds going to the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney to further the discovery, documentation and conservation of plant life.

Time: Gate opens at 6:15am, class starts at 6:45am sharp and will finish at 8am.
